NYFC offers a clean and professional service to replace your existing units. Our team will conduct a survey, free of charge, to determine which unit is best to replace your old unit. NYFC will coordinate with your building on all aspects of our installation process. All new units come with a guaranteed 1-year warranty. Some of our unit manufacturers include:

NYFC maintenance service is something we offer to extend the life of your Fan Coil Units. We will check to make sure your unit is operating efficiently. Maintenance cleaning procedures include the following:

• Vacuuming the unit’s interior to remove debris that has built up 
• Vacuuming the coil, fan wheel and motor 
• Cleaning the coil with a non-toxic coil cleaner 
• Replacing the filter with custom size disposable filter 
• Cleaning the primary/secondary drain pan and check for proper drainage 
• Checking the unit for proper operation 

NYFC also offers service calls to troubleshoot and diagnose why your unit is not working and determine what next steps need to be taken. We also carry a wide range of parts for Fan Coil Units including some of the following:
